Rocky Road Cookies
|1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips||½ tsp. baking powder|
|½ cup butter||½ tsp. salt|
|2 eggs||½ tsp. vanilla|
|1 cup sugar||1 cup chopped pecans|
|1½ cup flour||4 dozen miniature marshmallows|
Melt ½ cup of chocolate chips & butter over low heat; cool.
Heat oven to 400º.
Mix remaining chocolate chips, eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla, pecans & chocolate mixture.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.
Press marshmallows into center of each one.
Bake 8 minutes. Makes 4 dozen.
