Quick Fudge
| 4 sq. unsweetened chocolate | ½ cup butter |
| 1 egg, slightly beaten | 1 lb. confectioners sugar |
| ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk | 1 tsp. vanilla |
Melt chocolate & butter in top of double boiler.
Mix egg & sugar; add milk, and stir in the chocolate-butter mixture.
Add vanilla.
Turn into buttered pan, chill & cut into squares.
