|1 cup butter||1/3 cup cocoa|
|4 eggs, beaten||1 ½ cup flour|
|2 cups sugar||dash of salt|
|2 tsp. vanilla||1 ½ cup pecans|
|1 jar marshmallow cream||Icing (recipe follows)|
Melt butter & cocoa.
Cool and add beaten eggs.
Sift flour, sugar and salt.
Stir in butter mixture.
Add vanilla & pecans.
Bake in greased 7 floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan at 375º for 25 minutes.
As soon as removed from oven, spread marshmallow cream over top.
|1/4 cup butter||1/3 cup cocoa|
|1/2 cup milk||1 tsp. vanilla|
|1 box confectioner's sugar|
Melt butter and cocoa; add milk & vanilla.
Mix in sugar; mix until smooth.
Spread over fudge.
