Chocolate Icing

¼ cup butter 1 lb. powdered sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa ½ cup pecans, chopped, fine
6 Tbsp. milk 1 tsp. vanilla
Mix butter, cocoa and milk in saucepan.
Heat over low heat.  Do Not Boil!
Remove from heat and add powdered sugar, pecans and vanilla.
Mix Well.
Frost cake as soon as its done.
