|2 tbs. butter||2 tbs. cocoa|
|2 tbs. water||½ tsp. vanilla|
|1 cup confectioners' sugar|
In small saucepan over low heat melt butter.
Add cocoa & water, stirring until smooth & slightly thickened; Do Not Boil.
Remove from heat; cool slightly.
(Cool compleltely for thicker, frosting-type topping.)
Gradually add confectioners' sugar, beating with wire whisk until smooth.
Makes about ¾ cup glaze
