Chocolate Glaze

2 tbs. butter 2 tbs. cocoa
2 tbs. water tsp. vanilla
1 cup confectioners' sugar

In small saucepan over low heat melt butter.
Add cocoa & water, stirring until smooth & slightly thickened; Do Not Boil.
Remove from heat; cool slightly.
Add vanilla.
(Cool compleltely for thicker, frosting-type topping.)
Gradually add confectioners' sugar, beating with wire whisk until smooth.
Makes about cup glaze
