Chocolate Pecan Pie
|9- inch unbaked pastry shell||1 cup sugar|
|1/3 cup cocoa||3 eggs, slightly beaten|
|1 cup light corn syrup||1 Tbsp. butter|
|1 tsp. vanilla||1 cup pecan pieces|
Prepare pastry shell; set aside.
Heat oven to 350º.
In medium bowl combine sugar & cocoa.
Add eggs, corn syrup, butter & vanilla; stir until well blended.
Stir in pecans.
Pour into unbaked pasrty shell.
Bake 60 minutes.
