Chocolate Peanut Clusters

1 pkg.(3 oz) chocolate pudding mix |
1 Tbsp. butter |
| 1 cup sugar | 1 cup salted peanuts |
| ½ cup evaporated milk | 1 tsp. vanilla |
Combine first 4 ingredients in heavy saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat & quickly stir in peanuts & vanilla.
Beat until candy thickens & begins to lose its gloss.
Drop from teaspoon onto wax paper, forming into clusters.
