Bitter Chocolate Icing
|½ cup butter||2 cups confectioers' sugar|
|2 tbsp. light cream||4 squares baking chocolate, melted|
Cream butter & sugar together; add cream & beat well.
Gradually add melted chocolate & beat thoroughly to reach spreading consistency.
(Additional cream may be needed)
Yeild: 2 cups icing or enough for an 8- or 9- inch layer cake.
