¾ cup packed light brown sugar | ½ cup all-purpose flour |
½ tsp. baking powder | ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon |
2 eggs, slightly beaten | 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts | 1 baked(9-inch) pie crust |
spiced cream(recipe follows) |
Heat oven to 350º.
Combine brown sugar, flour, baking powder and cinnamon in medium bowl.
Add eggs; stir until well blended.
Add chocolate chips and wwalnuts.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned and set.
Serve slightly warm at room temperature with spiced cream.
Refrigerate leftovers
Spiced Cream |
Combine ½ cup chilled whipping cream, 1 tbsp. powdered sugar, ¼ tsp. vanilla, ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon and dash ground nutmeg in small mixing bowl, beat until stiff.
