Brownie Bottom Pie
4 sq. semi-sweet baking chocolate or | 1 pkg.(4 oz) sweet baking chocolate |
¼ cup butter | ¾ cup sugar |
2 eggs | 1 tsp. vanilla |
½ flour | ½ cup chopped pecans |
2 ½ cups milk | 2 pkg. (4-serving size) chocolate flavored instant pudding |
whipped topping |
Heat oven to 350º, (325º for glass pans).
Grease bottom & sides of 9-inch pie pan.
Microwave chocolate & butter in large bowl on high 2 minutes.
Stir until chocolate is melted. Stir in sugar, eggs & vanilla.
Mix in flour, then pecans. Spread in pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool.
Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mixes.
Beat with wire whisk 1 minute. Let stand 2 minutes.
Spread over brownie pie. Top with whipped topping.
Garnish with grated chocolate. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
