Mississippi Fudge

1 cup butter 1/3 cup cocoa
4 eggs, beaten 1 cup flour
2 cups sugar dash of salt
2 tsp. vanilla 1 cup pecans
1 jar marshmallow cream Icing (recipe follows)

Melt butter & cocoa.
Cool and add beaten eggs.
Sift flour, sugar and salt.
Stir in butter mixture.
Add vanilla & pecans.
Bake in greased 7 floured  13 x 9 x 2 inch pan at 375 for 25 minutes.
As soon as removed from oven, spread marshmallow cream over top.

1/4 cup butter 1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 cup milk 1 tsp. vanilla
1 box confectioner's sugar

Melt butter and cocoa; add milk & vanilla.
Mix in sugar; mix until smooth.
Spread over fudge.
