|1 cup sugar||¼ cup cocoa|
|½ cup milk||¼ cup butter|
|2 tbsp. light corn syrup||dash of salt|
|1 ½ cups confectioners' sugar||1 tsp. vanilla|
In medium saucepan combine sugar & cocoa.
Stir in milk, butter, corn syrup & salt.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until
Mixture comes to a full boil.
Boil stirring occasionally, 3 minutes.
Remove from heat; cool to lukewarm.
In small mixing bowl place confectioners' sugar; stir in chocolate mixture & vanilla.
Beat until spreading consistency.
Makes about 2 cups.
