Neiman's $250 Cookie Recipe
I don't know how this cookie got its name, what I do know is this is one goooood cookie!
|2 cups butter||5 cups oatmeal ,blended into fine powder|
|2 cups sugar||1 tsp. salt|
|2 cups brown sugar||2 tsp. baking powder|
|4 large eggs||2 tsp. baking soda|
|2 tsp. vanilla||24 oz ( 2 pkg.) chocolate chips|
|8 oz chocolate candy bars||3 cups chopped pecans|
|4 cups flour|
Preheat oven to 375º.
Cream butter & both sugars.
Add vanilla & eggs.
Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and soda.
Add chocolate chips, candy, and pecans.
Roll into balls and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
Bake for6 minutes at 375º.
Makes 12 dozen. Recipe may be halved.
